Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with industry players and potential customers, and helping to structure new business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, Shareholders, and Company Consultants
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures opportunities
  • Work closely with our Partners and analysts to structure new business transactions and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Attend business events and visit fairs exhibitions to establish new contacts and promote our business

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and value target companies and assets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to think long-term and plan for new opportunities
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Personal selling attitude and confidence to act on opportunities quickly
