Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Comparator Services team. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experts in providing comparator sourcing solutions to clients, including RFQs and RFIs.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and analyze opportunities, wins, and losses to identify areas for improvement.
- Champion the sourcing solution/strategy in collaboration with the comparator sourcing team.
- Foster clear communication among multi-sites/regions projects and business lines to build full value for clients.
- Support sourcing or logistics for the execution of clients' projects.
- Mentor and develop the team of customer-facing experts.
- Manage Program managers' accountability on their accounts/segments to enable regional business growth.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science fields or related fields with 10+ years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ Years Minimum Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent.
- Organizational Skills.
- Proficiencies with MS Office / Adobe Products.
- Interpersonal skills surrounding Client Interactions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and exercise good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions.
- Familiarity with the commercial supply chain of pharmaceuticals of advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, and in clinical supplies of advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High Level of Business Sense in both Administration and Business Strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Global Comparator Business.
