Key Responsibilities- Strategic Commercial Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial plan to generate new business opportunities and deepen strategic relationships with existing clients.
- Revenue Management: Develop and maintain strong revenue streams with existing and new clients by leveraging the value proposition of our products and services.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the development of new products and maintenance of existing products in line with client requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at the management level through client networks and other channels.
- Market Development: Develop specific, sector-oriented knowledge for our various products and identify market developments to translate into sales activities.
- Client Success: Ensure that our products and services are successfully delivered to clients and communicate with clients to resolve potential issues.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Value Proposition: Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that our value proposition is comprehensive and aligned with client needs.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Capital Markets industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of IP networks and Trading Venues technologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in developing and selling solutions to Tier 1 and 2 banks in the Capital Markets industry.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer-oriented approach and ability to work with Independent Software Vendors, Network/Application Service Providers.
