Sales Growth Specialist

As a Sales Executive at Datasite, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients. Our approach is centered around solution and insight selling, ensuring we are the supplier of choice for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed annual sales targets, leveraging existing accounts and prospecting for new business opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing and Inside Sales teams, to create external campaigns and maximize exposure;
- Identify and negotiate cross-selling opportunities with sales experts in other teams, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base;
- Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and position Datasite as a market leader, offering solution-based advice to clients;
- Present a value-based selling approach, leveraging multiple use cases to drive sales growth and client satisfaction;
- Interact with C-suite clients, influencing their decisions and identifying opportunities for collaboration;
- Manage client feedback, providing insights to Customer Service and Product Engineers to drive continuous improvement;
- Lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of cooperation and development.

Requirements:
- University Degree required;
- Minimum 1 year sales or consultancy experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets;
- Technology/SaaS Sales experience highly regarded, as is Financial Services Sales experience;
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is highly valued.
