In 2020, driven by strong growth in the UK, HCFX expanded to Milan, becoming the first licensed SIM to offer FX investment services in Italy.

About the Role

We seek sales professionals with a passion for identifying new business opportunities, eagerness to learn and grow professionally, and a proactive can-do attitude. You will spend your time building relationships with prospective clients, conducting face-to-face meetings, and closing deals. You will also attend national exhibitions to advise businesses on FX-related products.

This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals at the beginning of their careers to join our expanding sales team. We provide comprehensive training in Foreign Exchange (FX) and foster a motivated, challenged, and inspired work environment. As you progress, you'll move through various roles, from Business Development Manager to Treasury Consultant, and ultimately to Senior Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business needs
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients
  • Developing a sales pipeline
  • Closing new business while focusing on developing long-lasting relationships
  • Developing internal relationships with our Dealing team
  • Staying informed about FX market movements and the global economy
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets for call performance, quality, and sales
  • Attending morning training sessions and daily team/market briefings
  • Staying updated on market structure changes and regulations.
