Join Our Sales Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team at BizAway.

Your Role
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to identify new business opportunities in Italy.
  • Build a deep understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save time, money, and frustrations.
  • Research and qualify new prospects, ensuring they have a problem that BizAway can solve.
  • Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and Account Executive to define target lists and develop sales strategies.
  • Present our solution to a range of stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors.
  • Proactively propose actions and strategies to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Native level of Italian and good level of English.
  • Hunger for challenges and eagerness to learn.
  • Proactivity and ability to propose value-creating solutions.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
We're Looking for
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up.
  • Any additional language skills.
