Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team at BizAway.
Your Role- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to identify new business opportunities in Italy.
- Build a deep understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save time, money, and frustrations.
- Research and qualify new prospects, ensuring they have a problem that BizAway can solve.
- Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and Account Executive to define target lists and develop sales strategies.
- Present our solution to a range of stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors.
- Proactively propose actions and strategies to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Native level of Italian and good level of English.
- Hunger for challenges and eagerness to learn.
- Proactivity and ability to propose value-creating solutions.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up.
- Any additional language skills.
