Sales Growth Manager Role

DSCOVR is a dynamic and rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join its team. This key role will be responsible for the sales process of the company's core products.

Responsibilities

  • Research and prospecting: Identify new business opportunities using research and prospecting strategies to determine whether a prospect is interested and meets the criteria established by the company.
  • Initial Contact: Make phone calls and use communication channels to set up meetings with prospects.
  • Product DEMO: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients by identifying their needs and proposing solutions.
  • Client Management: Support clients in using agreed products and services, and cultivate the client relationship for re-selling, up-selling and cross-selling activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
