About the role

  • Ogury is seeking a Publisher Success Manager to oversee publisher partnerships within the Italian market.
  • This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the overall success of the company, acting as the general manager of a defined book of business.
  • The Publisher Success Manager is responsible for ensuring Ogury exceeds its publisher's expectations in delivering core value propositions, driving revenue, and protecting their brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of publisher performance on a daily basis, providing recommendations to build long-term partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of top publishers, providing exceptional service and creating opportunities to drive further revenue and partnerships.
  • Offer end-to-end customer service for client needs, including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top-tier clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of technical aspects of Ogury's products to onboard publishers successfully.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the supply and product teams to prevent churn on Ogury's products.
  • Work directly with internal technical teams and publisher technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

About you

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Prior experience in managing publisher partnerships is ideal.
  • Able to develop and retain customer relationships.
  • Commercially astute, with examples of upselling and growing customer accounts.
  • Able to troubleshoot problems and adopt a solutions-based approach with clients.
  • An excellent communicator, able to collaborate with different teams, from clients to technical teams.
  • Understanding of internet advertising.
  • Proficient in Excel, with an interest in turning data into commercial proposals.
