- We are a winner of multiple AdTech awards for innovation and product quality.
- We have a workforce of 700 employees operating from offices in the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with publishers and their employees to close partnerships.
- Complete daily tasks, including calling potential publishers, conducting meetings, and updating internal systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor market changes and inform the team leader about business, competitor, and partner news.
- Use our product strengths to create custom proposals for clients and publishers.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with clients and adTech-related entities.
- Organize working processes with clients to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
- Perform lead generation activities and evaluate ad placement rates and formats.
- Create necessary documents, including presentations, financial proposals, and commercial offer letters.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3 years of experience in publisher acquisition and development.
- Ability to innovate and adapt to market dynamics.
- Business development experience and a strong network in the native and publisher industry.
- Knowledge of monetization opportunities and revenue models.
- Experience with Native Players and working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers, tech companies, and networks from Italy.
- Familiarity with publishers' strategies, business operations, and challenges.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech.
- Prior experience with native platforms, Ad Serving platforms, Publisher alliance, and Programmatic monetization.
- Knowledge and experience with Analytics platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
