Job Description:

Headmatch Gmbh & Co. Kg is seeking an experienced Country Marketing Manager for Italy (all genders) to drive growth in the Italian market. The successful candidate will leverage market insights to develop a marketing strategy for growing product awareness, consideration, and brand love to expand the number of users in Italy.

  1. Leverage market insights to develop a marketing strategy for growing product awareness, consideration, and brand love to expand the number of users in Italy.
  2. Hire and lead marketing agencies and contractors required to deliver the marketing plan.
  3. Implement the strategy with a focus on PR, social media, partnerships, brand and acquisition campaigns.
  4. Act as a local spokesperson, sourcing and managing opportunities for the marketing and related executives in Italy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of consumer marketing background.
  • Experience of working in a remote team.
  • Expertise in building strong HQ relationships, and effectively influencing local market needs.
  • Proficient in Italian with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
