Country Sales Manager Italy

Falch GmbH, a leading manufacturer of complete solutions in water jetting, is seeking a highly skilled Country Sales Manager for Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Italian market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
Your Qualifications
  • Technical education and several years of experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent technical understanding and hands-on mentality
  • Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership skills
  • Native-level English language proficiency
