Country Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Italy and leading a small team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Italy
- Lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technical sales roles within the electronics industry
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally to other European sites
