Country Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Italy and leading a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Italy
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in technical sales roles within the electronics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally to other European sites
