Join Our Team as a Country Manager

As a Country Manager at CAP INGELEC, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our Italian subsidiary. This role requires a strong leader who can manage resources, organize tasks, and develop teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the CAP INGELEC Italy entity's strategy and operations
  • Organize tasks, allocate projects, and develop teams to achieve business objectives
  • Play a sales role with active customers to identify new turnkey projects
  • Drawing up commercial proposals in line with the Offering
  • Validating the entity's invoicing and estimates on a monthly basis
  • Disseminate know-how, technical and company culture
  • Participating in raising staff awareness of quality, and being able to act as Contract Manager for certain large-scale projects

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a major engineering school generalist or specialized in civil, electricity or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of technical design and build projects, ideally as a Project Director
  • Developed experience in the construction sector and an entrepreneur mindset
  • Recognized for managerial skills and ability to manage intercultural projects
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and ideally French
