Country Sales Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain a strong network of Silence partners and dealer distributors, ensuring alignment with our company values and mission.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a strong presence in the Italian market.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a top-performing sales team, identifying training needs and monitoring sales performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development Director to identify opportunities and drive sales growth, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the After Sales Service provided by the Silence dealership network meets quality standards, maintaining strong relationships with partners and dealers.
