Deputy Country Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Country Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10 sales professionals and provide coaching and support to ensure excellent client relationships and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Italian industrial market and build relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, end-users, and purchasing directors.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in international organizations, preferably with a background in engineering.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in the Italian market.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
