Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Country Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 10 sales professionals with 3 direct reports;
  • Providing close support and coaching to sales agents with a client-facing attitude;
  • Developing strategic market coverage, budgeting, and KPI setting for all departments;
  • Taking ownership of the P&L;
  • Participating in Board meetings with a proactive and growing mindset;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and sharing them with the team;
  • Fostering cross-business collaboration by introducing potential deals to other business units;
  • Maintaining a team culture spirit where overall results are more important than individual ones.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with an Engineering Degree and an extraordinary career progression in international organisations, with 10+ years of sales experience in components or complex solutions. A solid understanding of the Italian Industrial Market, with direct contacts with OEM, End Users, Purchasing or Technical Directors, is essential. The ideal candidate should have a genuine people-oriented approach, both for internal and external stakeholders, and a performance-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
