We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager/Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with food producers, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the food industry sector.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with food producers and suppliers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate employees to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and control business processes, including logistics, contracts, and administration
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including certification, registration, and labeling
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
