Descrizione

Gestione generale della filiale: Assicurare la gestione complessiva della filiale, comprese le operazioni, le risorse umane e il reclutamento del team commerciale.

Strategia commerciale: Sviluppare e implementare la strategia commerciale per il mercato italiano in linea con gli obiettivi globali dell'azienda.

Sviluppo delle vendite: Identificare e sfruttare le opportunità di crescita, stabilire e mantenere relazioni con i principali clienti e partner.

Marketing e comunicazione: Supervisionare le attività di marketing locale, adattare le campagne marketing per il mercato italiano e organizzare eventi di lancio e dimostrazioni.

Conformità e regolamentazione: Garantire il rispetto delle normative locali e degli standard di qualità dell'azienda.

Reporting: Fornire rapporti regolari alla direzione generale sulle performance della filiale e sulle prospettive di mercato.

Profilo del Candidato

Esperienza comprovata: Minimo di 7 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore dei dispositivi medici estetici.

Competenze manageriali: Solida esperienza nella gestione del team, gestione dei progetti e sviluppo commerciale.

Conoscenza del mercato italiano: Buona comprensione delle dinamiche del mercato italiano e delle pratiche commerciali locali.

Competenze linguistiche: Padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; la conoscenza del francese è un plus.

Leadership e visione strategica: Capacità di sviluppare una visione strategica e di tradurla in azioni concrete.

Eccellenti competenze comunicative: Capacità di interagire efficacemente con vari interlocutori, interni ed esterni.
