Country Sales Manager Italy

Falch GmbH, a leading manufacturer of complete solutions in water jetting, is seeking a highly skilled Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Your Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
