About the Role

The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the commercial network in Italy, forging strong business partnerships with partners and dealer distributors within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategic partnerships to build an extensive network of Silence partners and dealer distributors encompassing our portfolio of products in the Italian market.
  2. Design the strategy to promote our products and services in Italy, ensuring alignment with the company's values, mission, and vision.
  3. Study the local market to design sales and marketing strategies, maintaining alignment with internal policies and practices.
  4. Design strategies to increase productivity and economic results in the targeted market.
  5. Represent the company as an ambassador in Italy.
  6. Supervise and coordinate all business activities in Italy, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures.
  7. Develop the fleet business market in Italy, supported by the HQ fleet team.
  8. Grow the market for our BaaS (Battery as a Service) business model to increase our presence in the Italian market and company market share.
  9. Collaborate with the Business Development Director to set and achieve long-term objectives, meet business needs, and requirements.
  10. Monitor and analyze results, implementing corrective measures for deviations and establishing action plans for target achievement.
  11. Develop and maintain processes and our CRM (Hubspot) to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support.
  12. Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and dealers within the assigned area.
  13. Assist partners and dealer distributors in maximizing sales volume and profitability.
  14. Ensure the implementation of Silence's Marketing and Communication initiatives, verifying that partners and distributors incorporate them correctly.
  15. Guarantee that After Sales Service provided by Silence dealership network meets Silence quality standards.
  16. Team management: Support, motivate, and develop the team, identifying training needs, and monitoring the sales plan.
  17. Hire, onboard, and train the best sales team.
