Job Title: Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Publisher Development Team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Italian publisher base and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit high-value publishers in the Italian market
  • Develop and implement joint marketing plans with publishers to drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular reporting to publishers and internal teams
  • Manage relationships with assigned publishers and key stakeholders
  • Support the implementation and development of new reporting and operational processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in digital advertising or e-commerce and performance marketing
  • Highly commercially focused and target/results driven
  • Effective relationship-builder with an assertive approach to developing connections at all levels of seniority
  • Strong and professional communication skills (verbal written)
  • Fluent in English
