About the Role

Ogury's publisher group is seeking a skilled Publisher Success Manager to oversee publisher partnerships within the Italian market.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the overall success of the company, serving as the general manager of a defined book of business.

The Publisher Success Manager is responsible for ensuring Ogury exceeds publisher expectations in delivering core value propositions, driving revenue, and protecting brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze publisher performance on a daily basis, providing recommendations to build long-term partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of top publishers, providing exceptional service and creating opportunities to drive further revenue and partnerships.
  • Offer end-to-end customer service, including regular performance reviews for top-tier clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical aspects of Ogury's products to ensure successful onboarding of publishers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent churn on Ogury's products.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams and publisher technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Proven experience in managing publisher partnerships.
  • Strong ability to develop and retain customer relationships.
  • Commercial acumen, with a track record of upselling and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of internet advertising and proficiency in Excel.
