Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Publisher Partnership Manager to oversee and enhance Ogury's publisher collaborations within the Italian market.
  • This position is pivotal in ensuring the overall success of our company, acting as the general manager for a designated portfolio of business.
  • The individual in this role will be accountable for surpassing our Publishers' expectations by delivering on our core value propositions, focusing on revenue generation and brand protection.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to engage with leading publishers and make a significant impact in the well-established Italian digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our Publishers on a daily basis, providing strategic recommendations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier Publishers, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and collaboration across their various properties.
  • Deliver comprehensive customer service for all client needs, including regular performance evaluations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for key clients.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of our products to facilitate successful onboarding of our Publishers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in supply and product teams to mitigate churn on our offerings.
  • Work closely with our internal technical teams and the technical teams of our publishers to ensure effective implementation.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
  • Experience in managing publisher partnerships is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with examples of upselling and account growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach to client challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams, from clients to technical personnel.
  • Understanding of internet advertising dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with a keen interest in transforming data into actionable commercial strategies.
