Publisher Success Manager

Ogury's publisher group is seeking a Publisher Success Manager to oversee publisher partnerships within the Italian market.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the overall success of the company and serves as the general manager of a defined book of business.
The Publisher Success Manager is responsible for ensuring Ogury exceeds its publishers' expectations in delivering core value propositions, generating revenue, and protecting their brand.
Key Responsibilities- Measure and analyze publisher performance on a daily basis, providing recommendations to build long-term partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of top publishers, providing exceptional service and creating opportunities to drive further revenue and partnerships.
- Offer end-to-end customer service for all client needs, including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top-tier clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical aspects of Ogury's products to successfully onboard publishers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the supply and product teams to prevent churn on Ogury's products.
- Work directly with internal technical teams and publishers' technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- Experience in managing publisher partnerships.
- The capacity to develop and retain customer relationships.
- Commercial acumen and examples of upselling and growing customer accounts.
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-based approach with clients.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of internet advertising.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in turning data into commercial proposals.
