**Business Advisor**:
**Assignment**

As Senior Business Advisor, you are Solteq's face as a digitalization agent and trusted business partner to our customers

You make sure Solteq understands what our customers need to succeed - and help build a path towards that future with the tools provided by Solteq's offering portfolio

You maintain a business-first approach in digital transformation through direct dialogue with the business leaders and owners on our customers' side

Although the business perspective is your anchor point, you have enough understanding to guide on technologies necessary and suitable for solution building

You will be involved in Pre-Sales offer development, pre-study projects, management consulting, concept creation, and as a business advisor to ongoing customer cases

Example deliverables will include audits on digital maturity, business strategy formation, roadmaps, solution blueprints and concepts, capability maps, or outlines of transformation approaches

You will also be instrumental in providing Solteq thought leadership on various key topics surrounding digital business - both towards our market, as well as Solteq internally

You are expected to help Solteq Advisory to become a better version of itself with every assignment

You have a leader-mentality. You are inspiring, persuasive, professional, and passionate - with an eye for the big picture and an ear for what maybe hasn't been said aloud.

You have hands-on experience with leading consultancy projects and have been part of multiple digital business solution deliveries. You also possess great communication and collaboration skills and know how to utilize these skills to get things done.

**We expect that you**
- Have at least 2-3 years of professional work experience in business and management consultancy
- Have deep knowledge of the eCommerce scene, best practices, and top solutions in the market
- Are an expert when it comes to digital sales and retail

**We’d be thrilled to see that you**
- Get excited about more aspects of the digital business than pure eCom
- Have experience with various business models including B2C, B2B2X, D2C, Marketplaces
- Can bring your preferred methods and tools to keep improving Solteq Advisory
- Have an excellent level of English both written and spoken, and can converse in the local language
- Are mobile to travel within Finland and abroad
- Can act as project manager for smaller initiatives
- Are familiar with Adobe Commerce, HCL, Liferay, commerce tools, and other top triers in Gartner's magic quadrant for Digital Commerce
