**Posizione**:
GESFOR per azienda cliente leader internazionale nei servizi di sicurezza privata, ricerca:
**PROJECT MANAGER**

**Mansioni**:

- Gestione dei progetti presso i clienti;
- Acquisizione delle informazioni e degli stakeholders;
- Pianificazione delle varie attività e deliverables;
- Assegnazione delle risorse;
- Stima dei tempi e dei costi richiesti per l’implementazione del progetto;
- Coordinamento degli stakeholders interni ed esterni, dei partner e dei fornitori per le implementazioni tecniche;
- Gestione dei costi, del budget, degli obiettivi e dei tempi di consegna dei progetti;
- Analisi e gestione dei rischi;
- Ordini dei materiali;
- Stretta collaborazione con l’equipe técnica locale ed internazionale;
- Creazione dei report e tracciamento dei KPI;
- Preparazione e supporto per l’esecuzione dei test per la validazione dei progetti;
- Pianificazione dello stock per garantire la disponibilità del materiale;
- Monitoraggio e validazione delle fatture;
- Creare la documentazione progettuale.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria elettronica / informatica / elettrotécnica o formazione técnica;
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in gestione di progetto (la provenienza dal settore ICT o tecnologico è preferenziale);
- Conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e reti IP ;
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione e di comunicazione;
- Buone conoscenze della lingua inglese (minimo B2);
- Pensiero critico e problem solving;
- Rigore nella redazione della documentazione;
- Una certificazione in gestione di progetto (ad es. PMI) è considerata un plus;
- Patente di guida B, preferibilmente automunito;
- Non iscritto al casellario giudiziale, fallimentare e carichi pendenti.

Sono previsti corsi di formazione nell’ambito dei sistemi di sicurezza.
