**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Shoes Product Development Specialist within Shoes Product Development area who will join our dynamic team in Vigonza (Padova).
How you will contribute
- Partecipare a riunioni con il team stile e coordinare le varie informazioni e interazioni con gli uffici legati allo sviluppo prodotto calzature e ricerca/industrializzazione materia prima al fine di gestire le fasi di prototipia e di campionario delle collezioni regolari e dei progetti speciali;
- Monitorare le fasi di sviluppo dei prodotti attraverso la partecipazione a riunioni di sdifettamento campionario con gli enti preposti e attraverso la manutenzione del sistema gestionale PLM;
- Interfacciarsi con i calzaturifici esterni per il monitoraggio ed il rispetto dei timing di consegna della prototipia ed il campionario;
- Gestire i lanci e l’avanzamento delle collezioni press, eventi speciali e special orders;
- Seguire la creazione e la gestione dei Collection plan e modellario a PLM;
- Redarre in lingua inglese testi e informazioni relative a materiali, accessori e lavorazioni dei prodotti utilizzati per la creazione di manuali per training e presentazioni;
- Seguire la predisposizione di reportistica specifica.
Who you are
- Una risorsa con esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 3-5 anni;
- Formazione in discipline economiche/tecniche di prodotto;
- Buona conoscenza dei processi calzaturieri (modelleria, taglio, orlatura, montaggio e finissaggio);
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici (gestionali e pacchetto Office);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving;
- Precisione, flessibilità e ottime doti comunicative;
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano e all’estero.
