**About the team**

FIS Asset Finance is a dynamic, fast growing, new logo hunting team in Europe who is looking to expand its sales team in 2023. Selling one of the market leading end to end leasing/financing solutions, FIS are also heavily investing into new innovations in this team including the newly launched FIS Invoice Manager module.

The competitive landscape in this vertical is changing and our ongoing research and development investments of 10-12% each year in functional and non-functional developments are creating lots of ongoing sales opportunities.

**What you will be doing**

You will be responsible for:

- Selling products and/or services and develop new business and prospects
- Initiate contact with prospective new customers to sell FIS Asset Finance
- Demonstrate Asset Finance experience and product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and present proposals to new prospects utilizing FIS resources and tools

As a senior member of the sales team you will also be responsible for:

- Negotiating commercial structures and closing “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver
- Utilize appropriate company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise
- Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies
- Meets sales goals, objectives and targets

**What you bring**:

- Fluent French and Italian language skills
- 8+ years sales executive/quota carrier experience
- Lending/Loan Management/Asset Finance domain or market knowledge
- Desire to help potential customers overcome their key challenges
- Explore challenges, problems and solve for the customer need
- Successful sales track record of hitting target
- Owning the entire sales lifecycle
