**As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing the entire selection process;
- Conducting direct headhunting;
- Designing and refining new selection processes;
- Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
- Organizing job fairs and career days.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Excellent communication skills and proactive and determined attitude;
- Experience in building up and deploy Campus hiring strategies;
- Ability to liaise with high volume hiring projects;
- Fluency in English.

**Nice to have**:

- Recruiting or headhunting experience, maily in departments with high hiring volumes;
- An attitude geared towards embracing change and innovation;
- Fluency in Spanish;
