**Role**

We are seeking an Omnichannel Strategy Lead who will be dedicated to enhancing and innovating our Customer Experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing omnichannel communication solutions and interactions that improve the end-to-end user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Leading and defining the omnichannel strategy and the Team of strategist in order to deliver the Best Customer Experience (Customer view 360*)
- Coordinate the Content Factory and the team in creating content that facilitates the creation of Customer journeys and the development of the personalized HCP portal, and collaborating on the creation of website pages (e.g., event landing pages, brand pages).
- Responsibility for a team of Strategists and the team's results (Quality/Time/Budget), including ensuring smooth omnichannel distribution through timely technical implementation of omnichannel campaigns (e.g., for product launches), websites/HCP Portal, and events for HCPs. Supporting the development and definition of business requirements to define the relevant tech stack and appropriate local and global suppliers.
- Development of the Design System: Conceive, evolve, and enrich the communication design system, integrating new data and customizations to maximize the effectiveness of interactions across all channels.
- End-to-End Process: Actively participate in defining the Customer Journey, from research and concepting to design execution and product deployment, using Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously analyze and monitor customer experiences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and strategic thinking to align business goals with customer expectations, promoting solutions in design, service, and experience.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and Excel is a must-have.

**Essentials requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Design, UX/UI, Communication, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing design teams and executing omnichannel user experience projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methods, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
