**Unieuro - Junior Product Manager**:
Per ampliamento del nostro team commerciale, ricerchiamo un Junior Product Manager che, a riporto del Category Manager, per la propria categoria di prodotti si occuperà di:
Responsabile di una o più Product Group di prodotto
Implementa la strategia definita dal Category Manager nelle proprie Product Group in linea con i trend individuati
Analizza i comportamenti dei competitors per i propri Product Group e attiva azioni correttive
Implementa il posizionamento prezzo coerentemente con il mercato di riferimento massimizzando il profitto
Negozia il costo degli articoli e gli accordi commerciali massimizzando il margine assoluto e le vendite dei Product Group
Definisce e mantiene sempre aggiornate i cluster e le griglie assortimentali per tutti i canali in coerenza con il ruolo assegnato ai Product Group
Definisce i prodotti ed i fornitori da coinvolgere nelle azioni promozionali, il posizionamento prezzo, negoziando il costo al fine di ottenere la massima profittabilità
Analizza i dati interni ed esterni ed implementa le azioni correttive individuate per migliorare gli andamenti economici delle categorie
Collabora con la rete vendita nella definizione e realizzazione della miglior soluzione espositiva che tenda a facilitare gli acquisti massimizzando la profittabilità
Definisce con la supply chain la più efficace ed appropriata modalità di approvvigionamento e distributiva delle merci
Collabora con i Demand Planner nella definizione dei Target di riapprovvigionamento delle merci, ne analizza a posteriori i risultati e agisce per migliorare costantemente gli indicatori di rotazioni del magazzino

La posizione prevedrà la possibilità di aderire al Regolamento di Smart Working aziendale, ferma restando la disponibilità a raggiungere la sede di Forlì in ragione delle esigenze organizzative che lo richiedessero e ai sensi del predetto regolamento.
