**Four Corners**, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market, on behalf of an important **luxury interior design** brand is looking for:
**Contract & Residential Sales Italy**

The Contract & Residential Sales will be in charge of the management and development of the assigned area, he/she will define the actions to undertake in order to reach the sales targets.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop the assigned area with concern for all channels within the Company's activity and priority as follows: Contract - Industry - Residential
- Plan and pay regular visits to the existing clients excellently presenting the Company's collection
- Develop the network prospecting and visiting new potential clients in different channels/categories
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Director
- Track the order (product availability, delivery time, claims processing,...) and the client (loyalty operation, satisfaction survey, reminders,...)
- Projects management: follow the projects with dedicate customer service
- Follow up with the client and propose solutions in case of malfunctions (delivery, guarantee, payment,...)

**Requirements**:

- 5 years sales experience in the interior design/furniture business
- Italian Contract market knowledge and existing relations network
- University degree, Architecture/Design would be appreciated
- Strong sales skills, proactive and flexible
- Empathy and ease to connect with people and to build up long-lasting relationships
- Care for the clients’ needs, but firm in handling negotiations
- Positive and firm drive in
