**What is your role?**

For our Value Center Motion Technologies, we’re looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join our Talent Management team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Talent Management Director, you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for the Talent Acquisition area for Motion Technologies and ITT.

For this position, we offer an initial one year fixed-term contract.

**Your day in the life of a Talent Management Specialist at ITT**

In this role, you will focus on supporting the Talent Management major activities in Motion Technologies.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the Talent Management major cycles and activities such as the Goal Setting process, the Year End Performance Review process, the Talent review process.
- At a global scale, provide support to selected projects and activities in the Learning & Development area such as the promotion of a company learning culture, the implementation of a new LMS, the organization and follow-up on training activities, the coordination of information and management of relationships with ITT learning partners.
- Support the DE&I strategy by project management and the implementation of targeted initiatives to improve the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

Requisiti di posizione:
**What will make you our perfect match?**
- BS in marketing or public relations, and 2-3 years’ Talent management or HR working experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good leadership skills, access to and interaction with middle and senior leadership - gaining credibility through successful delivery of expectations
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Direct, authentic, articulate and succinct communication style, verbal and written - culturally savvy
- Sense of organization and process orientation
- Good level of autonomy and proactivity
- Strong work ethic, accountable, gets things done
