**Purpose of Position**:
Support the activities related to the production process to ensure efficiency in terms of time and costs of the individual activities useful for improving production from a lean and safety perspective

**Description of main Activites/Responsabilities**:

- Identify areas for improvement within the Plant with the aim of increasing overall operational performance (related to industrial performance) in terms of quality, environmental sustainability, safety results, increase net results, reduce costs, avoid investments capital invest;
- Provide continuous transversal support to all functions for the culture of change in order to ensure the diffusion of the skills necessary for this purpose;
- Ensure that safe production methods are used and that they respect ergonomic principles;
- Participate in the employee development and training process on the CI methodology and tools and actively collaborate in order to guarantee the diffusion of specific skills, competences and knowledge within the Company;
- Develop reports for KPI monitoring;
- Propose ideas for improvement in respect of time and costs and which allow to improve performance in terms of quality, sustainability and production;
- Propose the purchase of the equipment necessary for the completion of the units, also in relation to the technological tools, taking into account aspects of ergonomics, safety, reliability and efficiency;
- Evaluate the economic impacts of processes and related projects (Capex, Opex) and collaborate with CFO & Management in order to define the company budget based on the objectives of the production process;
- Ensure operational performance (efficiency) and optimize productivity capacity based on production planning;

- Knowledge of lean tools such as cyclograms, 5s, A3, SMED, Lean Green Belt
- ** EXPERIENCE**:

- 4-5 years in the role

- Minitab, JMP, Matlab, Excel, PowerPoint, Avante, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Visio
