**Calzedonia Group**, realtà multinazionale italiana del fashion retail presente in oltre 50 paesi nel mondo e da sempre focalizzata all’espansione internazionale, alla sostenibilità e all’integrazione verticale, è alla ricerca di un/a **Creativity & Production Specialist** per uno dei propri leading brand, da inserire all’interno del dipartimento Global Communication & Image che si occupa di ideare, sviluppare e pianificare la comunicazione.

In un contesto estremamente dinamico e sfidante, avrai la possibilità di misurarti a 360° su progetti sempre nuovi, collaborando alla definizione di strategie di marketing online e offline per tutti i mercati in cui il marchio è presente.

**DI CHE COSA TI OCCUPERAI**:

- In allineamento con l’identità e il palinsesto commerciale del brand, proporre e sviluppare creatività per la promozione multicanale di nuovi prodotti e linee continuative;
- Organizzare e gestire l’esecuzione di shooting video/fotografici: dal casting delle modelle alla scelta della location, dal contatto con i fotografi, allo styling...;
- Guidare le fasi di pre-produzione, produzione e post-produzione, controllare e gestire il budget così come tutta l’operatività relativa alla realizzazione di singoli progetti che definiscono o influenzano l’immagine del brand, sia a livello globale che di singoli Paesi;
- Compartecipare all’individuazione della direzione creativa di eventi corporate e locali (sfilate, eventi PR );
- Realizzazione di contenuti ad hoc per le properties digitali del marchio e per il retail off & on;
- Supportare i paesi nella produzione di contenuti rilevanti, nel rispetto delle local relevances;
- Frequenti spostamenti in Italia e all'estero con conseguente gestione del lavoro da remoto.

**CI PIACEREBBE DAVVERO CONOSCERTI SE**:

- Hai una laurea in **Scienze della Comunicazione, Marketing** o materie affini;
- Hai almeno qualche anno di esperienza presso agenzie di comunicazione o aziende del mondo fashion in ruoli di comunicazione;
- Acuta consapevolezza dei trend, dell'intrattenimento e delle tendenze tecnologiche;
- Sei curioso/a, intraprendente e creativito/a;
- Hai una passione per il web, i social network e il mondo digital;
- Possiedi una forte sensibilità verso il mondo moda;
- Sei disponibile a trasferte/trasferimenti in Italia e all’estero;
- Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1/C2).
