We are currently looking for a Raw Materials Procurement Specialist within Leather Goods Operations area who will join our dynamic team based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).
- How you will contribute:_- Analizzare i fabbisogni di materiali attraverso l’utilizzo ed il monitoraggio dell’MRP o tramite la creazione di dettagliate analisi da file previsionali- Dialogare con funzioni interne del demand planning, merchandising, pianificazione produzione- Collaborare con l’ufficio pianificazione al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di consegna del prodotto finito- Analizzare la domanda di prodotto finito nelle diverse dimensioni (priorità, consumi, diversi flussi di ordine,)- Tradurre gli input delle funzioni preposte alla gestione della domanda (merchandising, demand planning) e della pianificazione produzione del prodotto finito in obiettivi ed evidenza per l’ufficio acquisti- Collaborare nell’elaborazione del budget finanziario di acquisto (volumi, tempificazione, prezzi, magazzino,)- Monitorare, spiegare, prevenire, gestire obsolescenza materiali in collaborazione con il dipartimento Finance- Interfacciarsi, nell’ottica della condivisione di informazioni, con vari dipartimenti aziendali, quali: ufficio ricerca materiali, ufficio test e misurazioni, ufficio fasi intermedie ed il team controllo qualità.- Gestire analisi quantitative di vario tipo in supporto al responsabile Acquisti- Contribuire allo sviluppo/monitoraggio dei tool informatici a supporto della funzione Acquisti in collaborazione con il dipartimento IT e con la Business Intelligence.- Partecipare/ guidare progetti e iniziative di miglioramento- Gestire gli ordini e le commesse di lavoro legati al mondo materie prime- Seguire le attività di sollecito ai vari fornitori schedulando le consegne in modo puntuale
- Who you are:_- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Scienze Economiche e/o Statistiche- Spiccate doti di problem solving, sintesi, analisi quantitative- Approfondita conoscenza del pacchetto Office (principalmente di Excel)- La conoscenza di sistemi operativi quali Stealth, PLM, Qlik rappresenterà un requisito preferenziale- Esperienza in ruoli funzionali allo sviluppo di competenze dei pianificazione/ acquisti/ demand planning idealmente di 3-5 anni- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese- Buone doti relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al team working- Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte presso i fornitori.
