Per solida realtà multinazionale, leader nella produzione di sistemi per la movimentazione dell’acqua, siamo alla ricerca di un TECHNICAL PRODUCT & KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST.
**Responsibilities**

La risorsa inserita all’interno di un team, si occuperà di supervisionare gli aspetti tecnici dei prodotti, in stretta collaborazione con il reparto R&D e sarà il contatto di riferimento del Cliente per tutte le attività relative alle caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti pre
- vendita e post-vendita.
In particolar modo la figura si occuperà di:

- raccogliere, studiare ed elaborare le esigenze e i requisiti tecnici stabiliti dal cliente;
- fornire supporto al cliente per le richieste relative ai prodotti nelle attività di pre-vendita e post-vendita per migliorare la customer experience;
- fungere da collegamento tra il cliente e le funzioni aziendali (principalmente R&D);
- gestire le linee di prodotto in termini di ciclo di vita, riduzione dei costi, miglioramenti, phase in e phase out, certificazioni e approvazioni;
- supervisionare la qualità dei prodotti sul mercato e coordinare/sviluppare possibili azioni di miglioramento insieme alle funzioni tecniche dell'azienda;
- coordinare gli audit e le visite dei clienti.

**Your Profile**
- laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o background tecnico/ingegneristico;
- esperienza di almeno 2 anni presso realtà produttive modernamente organizzate;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (almeno Livello B2);
- disponibilità a trasferte internazionali (1/2 al mese ca.).

Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative; pensiero critico e analitico, propensione alla collaborazione e al lavoro di gruppo, ottime doti di problem-solving.
