Per il **potenziamento **del nostro team di **marketing **dedicato alla gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei prodotti, siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire con il ruolo di:
**PRODUCT MANAGER**

Il ruolo, riportando al Brand Manager, ha l'obiettivo di **seguire il ciclo di vita** di un portafoglio di prodotti assegnato, sia **cosmetico **che di** integrazione alimentare**, in stretta collaborazione con la funzione R&D. Lavorerà per il loro successo in termini di rispetto del** time to market, gradimento, ritorno economico, coerenza della comunicazione, incremento del valore del brand ed innovazione.**

Nello specifico, le principali attività previste sono:

- **analisi dei trend** di mercato e delle dinamiche di vendita;
- supporto alla definizione del **piano marketing annuale** di lanci, restyling, promozioni e campagne;
- realizzazione dei **brief di prodotto**, e supervisione delle attività di formulazione, sviluppo packaging, realizzazione materiali POP e comunicazione;
- collaborazione con il team R&D per la **valutazione di prototipi** e realizzazione di consumer test;
- gestione del **time to market** per il lancio di nuovi prodotti e restyling sia sul **mercato nazionale che estero;**:

- definizione delle schede prodotto e del materiale di comunicazione a supporto della relazione tra l’informatore medico scientifico e la classe medica, oltre che con il farmacista;
- **presentazione dei prodotti **ad eventi, canvas e board aziendali;
- allineamento con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nella supply chain del brand;

Requisiti ideali:

- esperienza pregressa in ruoli di **Product o Brand Manager** presso aziende del settore **Health, Beauty o Pharma**; in aggiunta, saranno valutate positivamente anche figure da formare se in possesso di un background propedeutico al ruolo;
- laurea in **discipline scientifiche**, e preferibilmente una formazione supplementare in **marketing**;
- buona conoscenza del **pacchetto Office**;
- discreta conoscenza della **lingua inglese**;
- spiccate doti di **comunicazione **e relazione a tutti i livelli;
- analisi di informazioni e dati, **organizzazione **e pianificazione di progetti complessi;
- **spirito di squadra** e flessibilità;
