**Sales & Customer Specialist (English C1 required)**
**NutraQ SRL** is currently looking for **a precise and accurate Sales & Customer Specialist person, **who will join our location in Milan. As one of the first people employed in new Italian office, this person will have great influence on shaping the work environment in the newest company location in the heart of world fashion capital, acting and living by the NutraQ values.
**Areas of responsibility**
- Assist in the development of a new department
- Assisting in the creation of a new concept on the Italian market
- Be the backbone of a company area
- Ensure correct and timely execution of orders
- Issue and archiving of order documentation (invoices, adjustments) and monthly reporting to the financial and accounting offices
- Purchase existing subscription customers and cross-sell/upsell when possible
- Following corporate core values, acting on approved plans and according to company guidelines
**Nice to have**:
- Great sales skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication
- Able to organize work, prioritize tasks and adapt quickly
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Self sufficient, responsible and reliable
- Fluent Italian and English (oral & written)
- Willingness to learn and listen in order to accurately respond to client’s needs
