Il Ristorante Sirenetta, rinomato per la sua cucina raffinata e l'attenzione all'ospitalità, cerca un Executive Chef di talento e con esperienza per guidare la brigata e portare il nostro menu a nuovi livelli di eccellenza.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Sviluppare e innovare il menu, valorizzando ingredienti di qualità e la tradizione siciliana con un tocco contemporaneo.
- Gestire e formare il team di cucina, assicurando uno standard elevato in ogni aspetto della preparazione e della presentazione dei piatti.
- Controllare il food cost e garantire una gestione efficiente delle risorse.
- Collaborare con il team di sala per creare un'esperienza culinaria memorabile per i nostri ospiti.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza consolidata come Executive Chef o Sous Chef in ristoranti di alto livello.
- Capacità di leadership, organizzazione e creatività.
- Conoscenza della cucina siciliana e mediterranea, con attenzione alle nuove tendenze culinarie.
- Abilità nel controllo dei costi e nella gestione delle materie prime.
- Passione per l’eccellenza e per la valorizzazione dei prodotti locali.
