Stiamo cercando un Department Manager per lo Store Confidenzialesituato a Campi Bisenzio FI 'interno del Centro Commerciale I Gigli.
Il nostro profilo ideale ha maturato esperienza 'interno di aziende del settore retail caratterizzate dall' verso il cliente la vendita assistita. Cerchiamo un profilo carismatico, caratterizzato da spiccate doti commerciali e dotato di ottime capacità di customer experience in grado di garantire elevati livelli di soddisfazione verso i nostri clienti.
Il profilo ricercato, riportando allo Store Manager, sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:

- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita del proprio reparto e dell'intero Store, garantendo un'ottima customer experience per il cliente
- Assicurare, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali, un layout performante e accattivante del reparto secondo le indicazioni aziendali
- Monitorare l?andamento del Importante Azienda per brand/referenza del reparto e analizzare i vari KPI's
- Motivare il proprio Team di reparto, formandolo costantemente su:
Rodotto, customer experience, visual e corretta gestione dello stock.
Confidenziale richiesta flessibilità oraria su turni, disponibilità a lavorare nel week end e nei festivi.
