**THE INTERNSHIP**

During this internship you will join a dynamic team within HR where you will provide support during the activities related to the management of procedures and the assignment of mandatory e-learning trainings to employees through the company Learning Platform (LOS). Furthermore, you will collaborate and support our colleagues across the organization and take part in international projects.

**We offer a 6 months internship with possibility of extension**

**Tasks & what you will be learning**

Within this position you will play a key role in supporting the team in the following activities:

- Transferring the right methods on how to write a Procedure to the Document Owners (e.g. use of checklist, flowcharts, quality check, etc.)
- Supporting in the implementation (Phase III) of the Information System for documented information VaultQuality;
- Updating the system files (e.g. Training Curricula, Role changes, Long Term Absence, etc.) for the right assignment and monitoring of the mandatory training to the employees through the platform LOS (Learning One Source);
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and reports;
- Updating the Intranet page related Policies and Procedures.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree (preferably in Economics and/or Management Engineering - Ingegneria Gestionale);
- Knowledge of Ms Office (especially Excel, OneNote). Nice to have: Power Automate;
- Languages: Fluent Italian and Good level of English
- Precision and planning skills
- Teamworking, communication and proactivity
