ManpowerGroup divisione Permanent ricerca per Azienda operante nel settore plastico un
**Product Development **che, a stretto riporto del Product Development Manager, si occuperà di:

- collaborare con il Direttore Commerciale e il Plant Manager nella gestione dei rapporti con clienti e fornitori nell’ambito dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti;
- fare da tramite tra cliente e funzioni aziendali per tutto ciò che concerne i nuovi prodotti, gestendo le richieste del cliente e la loro attuazione e informando le funzioni interessate delle modifiche apportate al progetto;
- in collaborazione con la Progettazione, proporre al cliente tutte le possibili modifiche per rendere l’articolo maggiormente conforme ai requisiti di eco-progettazione, miglioramento della qualità e ottimizzazione impiantistica;
- coordinare tutte le fasi di modifica progetto o manufatto, secondo la relativa procedura;
- gestire le campionature in ingresso e in uscita.

Si richiedono:

- laurea ad indirizzo **ingegneristico/economico**;
- conoscenza della lingua **inglese**;
- **esperienza** nel ruolo, se possibile;
- buona capacità di pensiero analitico e sintetico;
- buona capacità di coordinamento, lavoro in gruppo e interrelazione, con propensione al coinvolgimento del personale;
- spiccata curiosità e propensione alla ricerca di innovazioni (sia tecnologiche che informatiche).
