Eaton is a power management company actively engaged in the transition towards a low-carbon energy future across the world.
We have a particular focus on enabling the Energy Transition in Buildings (ETiB) with our diverse technology portfolio of renewable energy integration, energy storage, EnergyAware UPSes, microgrids and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
he ETiB Field Product Manager will be responsible for the business management of Eaton's ETiB offering at the country level and for its commercial success. He/she will uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements. He/she has a strong ability to work well with internal teams, including central marketing, engineering & development, ensuring that customer requirements are fully understood and that country-based launches / implementation plans match customers' expectations.
As a Field Product Manager, he/she researches and follows technical trends in the ETiB industry and related areas, is able to assess local market competitive situations, as well as make recommendations on how to best serve local needs. He/she keeps track of the competitor landscape and provides internal and customer trainings. He/she understands and analyzes data pipelines, facilitates the creation and maintenance of technical web pages, of proper product documentation and of other sales enablement tools.

- Product portfolio and pricing management

- Content and demand generation
- Sales and partner enablement
- Work with Sales & Marketing leaders to create product sales strategy
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, preferably connected to Renewables
- 3-5 years of experience as Technical/Sales support/Marketing/Business Development
**Skills**:
- Comfortable in working in international environments, matrix-organisations
- Ability to analyze end user and competitor trends and promote new business opportunities, ability to interact with customers and support sales network
- Local coordination of technical support and service activity
- Analytical mindset, hands-on mentality, process-driven, customer orientation, action and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English
