**Service Operations Manager**:
YOUR FOCUS

All’interno della Divisione Servizi, ricoprirai il ruolo di Service Operation Manager, con la responsabilità di identificare i bisogni, determinare i requisiti e fissare obiettivi per le operazioni di servizio, nonché gestire i budget, le risorse e i costi operativi per garantire un funzionamento efficiente del servizio erogati ai clienti.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
Gestire e supervisionare il personale Tecnico operativo, inclusa la valutazione di nuovi dipendenti, la formazione di nuovi assunti e la fornitura di feedback sulle prestazioni ai dipendenti esistenti;
Gestire i progetti per garantire che siano completati in tempo, entro il budget e soddisfino gli standard di soddisfazione del cliente;
Analizzare i report di servizio i per identificare eventuali ambiti di miglioramento in aree quali l'efficienza, la qualità o la redditività delle operazioni di servizio;
Monitorare la soddisfazione del cliente e il raggiungimento degli SLA contrattuali; nell'erogazione dei servizi e apportare le modifiche necessarie per migliorare le prestazioni;
Condividere periodicamente con il cliente i risultati ottenuti (SLA/KPI) dalle strutture operative nell'erogazione dei servizi contrattuali;
Monitorare i problemi dei servizi e i reclami dei clienti e condivide con il cliente stesso e le strutture operative piani di remediation;
Supervisionare le attività dei team di servizio.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Esperienza significativa di 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo o come Coordinatore dei servizi IT;
Conoscenza avanzate nelle principali tecnologie di mercato (setup & troubleshooting): Microsoft, Gsuite, Outlook, Ios, Av;
**Conoscenza avanzata dei principali strumenti di ITSM**: Service Now
- OTRS-HDA, JIRA;
Diploma, Laurea o cultura equivalente preferibilmente in discipline scientifiche (matematica, statistica, computer science, ingegneria, economia).

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Capacità di imparare velocemente e adattarsi facilmente ai cambiamenti;
Buone doti di leadership per affrontare le sfide più difficili;
Ottime capacità di influenza e di problem solving;
Un vero team player altamente motivato, collaborativo, flessibile, responsabile ed efficiente;
Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali.

Completano il profilo capacità analitiche e organizzativa, gestione delle priorità, nonché una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
