**Regional Internal Sales Manager**
Stiamo ricercando Regional Internal Sales Manager che andrà a coordinun Team di 6/7 persone dedicate alla vendita di servizi B2B e che operano via telefono a diretto contatto con le aziende clienti.
Fissare gli obiettivi commerciali al proprio Team e garantirne il raggiungimento;
Sviluppare sinergie tra il Team di Internal Sales e la forza vendita sul territorio fornendo indicazioni e supporto alla forza vendita al fine di contribuire allo sviluppo del business;
Fornire risposte adeguate alle richieste dei clienti, creando nuove opportunità attraverso la gestione e la qualifica delle forniture ai clienti;
Verificare con regolarità lo stato di avanzamento e l’efficacia delle azioni commerciali del Team di Internal Sales analizzando i risultati ottenuti e decidendo eventuali azioni correttive;
Elaborare report qualitativi e quantitativi;
Valutare regolarmente le performance di ciascun collaboratore (Performance Appraisal annuali e colloqui trimestrali);
Garantire la crescita delle competenze e dell’autonomia dei collaboratori;
Assicurare una buona comunicazione e flusso di informazioni sia all’interno dei diversi Reparti di Internal Sales che con le funzioni Aziendali preposte.
Inoltre avrà la responsabilità di partecipare alla definizione e l’attuazione della politica commerciale
Inoltre sarà il riferimento per alcuni clienti importanti
Conseguito una Laurea in Economia o discipline
Ha maturato un’esperienza strutturata di attività lavorativa complessiva in ruoli analoghi o comunque a forte valenza commerciale in settori B2B, ricoprendo una posizione manageriale con la gestione di collaboratori diretti.
Inoltre possiede:
Ottime capacità di comunicazione
Spiccata predisposizione relazionale e di lavoro in team
Ottime capacità di gestione di un network interno ed esterno
Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving
Conoscenza tecniche di Negoziazione e Vendita
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Autonomia e intraprendenza
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
Conoscenza strumenti di CRM
**Location**: Milan
- Sesto San Giovanni -Smart working previsto per 4 giorni a settimana (escluso induction iniziale).
