**Product Development Manager Denim Male**:

Per i nostri Headquarters situati a Breganze (VI), stiamo ricercando un Product Development Manager Denim da inserire all'interno dell’ufficio Prodotto Denim Diesel. La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo prodotto della collezione Denim DNA Uomo e si occuperà di:

- Ricerca, sviluppo e progettazione della collezione DNA Male, nel rispetto del briefing, dei vincoli tecnico-produttivi, degli input stilistici, dei budget e dei timing e processi aziendali.
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con l’ufficio Stile e l’ufficio Global Merchandising nelle varie fasi di sviluppo della collezione, dalla ricezione del brief di collezione fino al rientro delle serie di campionario.
- Partecipazione alle varie sessioni di fitting, seguendo in prima persona l’avanzamento della prototipia interna ed esterna, assicurando lo sviluppo dei prototipi coerentemente al brief creativo e alle richieste stilistiche, nonché nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi, quantitativi e dei costi. Attività di sviluppo e messa a punto nuove modellistiche - dalla prima prototipia alla fase di messa in produzione e pianificazione dei relativi fitting.- Monitoraggio fase di realizzazione dei campionari.
- Definizione allocazione dei prodotti per campionario in collaborazione con la Produzione e attività di sourcing.
- Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori fino alla fase di realizzazione dei campionari.
- Costing - elaborazione target cost e standard cost nel rispetto degli obiettivi di marginalità aziendali.- Collaborazione con i fornitori e con il dipartimento produttivo per il raggiungimento degli standard qualitativi di materiali e accessori (sblocco campionari, sdifettamenti produttivi, contestazioni qualitative).
- Creazione delle schede tecniche dei prodotti, con il supporto della figura dedicata, e conseguente gestione del trasferimento di tutte le informazioni alle fonti produttive per il controllo delle produzioni di prototipi e dei campionari. Emissione ordini materiali per campionario (tessuti).
- Interfaccia con i dipartimenti Global Merchandising, Marketing e Sostenibilità a supporto delle attività di vendita e di dialogo con il consumatore.
- Coordinamento di una risorsa a diretto riporto.
- Requisiti:
- Esperienza di 8-10 anni nel ruolo, con maturata conoscenza dei processi relativi allo sviluppo prodotto Denim;
- Conoscenza tecnico-modellistica di costruzione dei capi e gestione fitting;
- Ottime capacità di relazione con l’ufficio stile e di interpretazione delle esigenze stilistiche;
- Elevate capacità organizzative, relazionali e di lavoro in team;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e conoscenza di PLM o gestionale similare;
- Passione per il settore, forte motivazione e precisione.
