is looking for a

**Quality Officer**

(Temporary Agent, Grade AD6)

The purpose of this call is to establish a talent pool (reserve list) that may be used for the recruitment of staff when a position becomes available and will be valid until
**31/12/2024**. The validity of the talent pool may be extended.

Are you passionate about governance, assurance and performance with expertise in quality management?
- The jobholder will work in the Management and Services Department. The mission of the department is to provide services and solutions ensuring sound governance and accountability, efficient use of resources and an inspiring working environment.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Implement the EFSA quality management system and process;
- Coordinate and carry out the implementation of audits;
- Coordinate the collection of findings (e.g. customer feedback, compliance and performance) and delivery of insights to drive the continuous improvement of EFSA’s processes;
- Deliver corporate reporting and communication material in the area of quality and integrated corporate assurance and governance;
- Provide guidance, advice and recommendations to internal and external actors in the area of quality and integrated corporate assurance and governance;
- Manage relations and communication with internal and external stakeholders in the area of quality and integrated corporate assurance and governance;
- Coordinate activities of contributors to the EFSA quality management system and ensure they are equipped and sufficiently supported to achieve successful results.
