Chiesi CCO - Commercial Organization

**Chiesi is structured in five main areas**: Research & Development, Global Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, CCO Organization and Global Rare Diseases.

**CCO - Commercial Organization**: Following the continued growth of the Company and the increasing portfolio complexity, Chiesi decided to introduce the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role and organization. The new organization is a truly global operating model, ensuring a uniform approach across all geographies (30 affiliates worldwide). The CCO Organization includes Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Global Value & Access and all the commercial functions of every affiliate.

Who we are looking for

Main Responsibilities

Manage relationship and daily cooperation with external vendors, with a specific focus on contract management for all therapeutic areas and regional clusters (e.g. medical writers for publications, post hoc analyses, RWE studies, congresses symposia/lectures, advisory boards).
Act as GMA point of contact for Legal and Compliance Department and act as key user for the contract management system.
Support Global Medical Affairs Therapeutic areas in the organization of meetings and events involving HCPs/HCOs (such as advisory boards, congresses symposia, publications), with full ownership of the operational and logistic part.
Act as reference person for the smooth organization of GMAC committee, facilitating the communication flow among participants and managing the repository / documentation.
Support the development of global policies and procedures to improve efficiency, integration with GM, R&D and affiliates and ensure compliance (point of reference for Hermes documentation management)

Experience Required

At least 3 years of working experience, ideally in roles combining administrative activities, project management, compliance, relations with vendors.

Basic knowledge of clinical trials/operations processes and compliance rules and of Medical Affairs processes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
