Chiesi CCO - Commercial Organization

Following the continued growth of the Company and the increasing portfolio complexity, Chiesi decided to introduce the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role and organization. The new organization is a truly global operating model, ensuring a uniform approach across all geographies (30 affiliates worldwide). The CCO Organization includes Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Global Value & Access and all the commercial functions of every affiliate.

Who we are looking for

Purpose

You will be the right-hand person of the Global Marketing Head, acting as trusted maker, taking care of communication with key internal and external stakeholders and working cooperatively with the whole Global Marketing team to help progressing towards its priorities.

Main Responsibilities
- Act as point of reference to facilitate the internal communication flow between the Global Marketing Head and his 1° line, CCO Leadership Team and other key company stakeholders (often C-Suite).
- Enhance quick and effective communication and information sharing across the Marketing Community, leveraging digital tools to set and monitor recurring Meetings and Calls and manage common repositories and project material. - Gather inputs from Global Marketing Head on specific initiatives and liaise with the right reference person to ensure proper follow up; monitor ongoing initiatives and ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Lead specific project initiatives and work cooperatively with other team members to make things happen.
- Ensure that administrative tasks for the Global Marketing department are run efficiently and effectively, according to company procedures and policies.

Experience Required

Previous years of experience will not play a key role in the selection, while project management skills acquired via education as well as on the job will be most valuable

You are genuinely interested in Marketing topics and show excellent project management and interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter, able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment. Last but not least, you are recognized for your ability to handle confidential information while remaining discreet.

You have a business oriented mindset enabling to understand the Company goals and reasons why.

You are genuine and a real team player.

Education

You have an academic background, most preferably technical and you are fluent in Italian and English.

Technical Skills

Excellent office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc )
